Returns & Exchanges

At Pairs Socks, we want your feet to stay happy and comfortable; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
